I decided to spread my winds a little bit and move out of my grandparents house in the New Year. I was moving into a house in Converse, TX with an acquaintance from high school that I connected with through a mutual friend. I was pretty excited about the change and ready for the freedom to be on my own again. In prepping for the move I wanted to paint my new space. I decided to paint it the same purple (Anemone) that my room was at my mother's house. When I was 16, my mother and I had redecorated my bedroom and painting it this very color. I had been completely in love with this color and I was so happy to live in that space because of the color of the walls. In painting this room the same color, I was hoping it would comfort me too in my new environment. My mom again helped me paint this new room. It went from the green on the right to the purple on the left over night.
